Cook's Express is a passion project born from a love of real, nourishing food. Every meal is handcrafted by your Private Chef from scratch using quality ingredients — from hearty oven bakes to gym-optimised protein meals and indulgent desserts. 🛒 Ordering
Browse the menu, add meals to your cart, then tap Proceed to Order. Fill in your name, phone number, delivery or pickup preference and your preferred receiving day. Tap Send Order via WhatsApp — this opens WhatsApp with your order pre-filled. Just hit send and we'll be in touch to confirm!
You can choose any day from the day after you order, except Fridays and Saturdays which are not available. Select your preferred day at checkout and we'll confirm it when we contact you.
Meals are ready between 5pm and 7pm on your chosen day. If you need an earlier time, your order must be placed at least 2 days in advance — just add a note at checkout.
If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or SMS. Changes and cancellations can be accommodated before preparation begins. Once we've started cooking, cancellations may not be possible.
Yes! There's a Notes field at checkout where you can add any special requests, dietary notes, early pickup requests or anything else we should know.
🚗 Delivery
Yes! We offer delivery via Uber. Simply select Delivery at checkout and enter your address. We'll confirm the delivery fee when we contact you — the minimum delivery fee is $30.

Once your order is dispatched via Uber, you'll receive a live tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time straight to your door.
🍱 Food
All meals are freshly prepared by hand on the day of your order. They are not frozen — they are delivered fresh and ready to heat and eat.
Meals are best consumed within 3–4 days of receiving them when kept refrigerated. Always reheat thoroughly before eating. Some meals can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
We have a wide range of meals including macro-friendly, high protein, organic and vegetarian options. Tap Macros on any meal to see its full ingredients and allergen information. If you have specific dietary needs, add a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles all major allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, sesame and sulphites. Cross-contamination is possible. Please let us know about any allergies when ordering and always check the ingredients listed for each meal.

When you place an order through our website we collect your name, phone number, and delivery address (if applicable). This information is used solely to process and fulfil your order.

How We Use Your Information

Your details are saved securely to assist with your current and future orders. We use your information to confirm orders, arrange delivery, and contact you about your order. We do not use your information for any marketing without your consent.

How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored securely using Supabase — a cloud database platform that uses AES-256 bank-level encryption. Only Cook's Express has access to your personal information. We do not sell, share or transfer your data to any third party except where required to fulfil your delivery (e.g. Uber).

Delivery via Uber

If you select delivery, your address will be used to book a delivery driver via Uber. Uber's own privacy policy applies to any information shared with their platform.

Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To make a request contact us via WhatsApp or SMS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Cook's Express website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Orders & Confirmation

Submitting an order through this website is a request to purchase — it is not a guaranteed order. All orders must be confirmed by Cook's Express before they are accepted. You will be contacted after submitting your order to confirm availability, delivery fee and payment details. Cook's Express reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

3. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with Cook's Express upon order confirmation. Pricing displayed on the website is subject to change. The price confirmed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before they have been confirmed by Cook's Express at no charge. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us directly if you have a concern with your order.

5. Allergen Disclaimer

Cook's Express takes care to list ingredients and allergens for each meal. However, meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and seafood. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredient and allergen information before placing an order. Cook's Express cannot guarantee meals are free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

6. Delivery

Delivery is arranged through Uber and is subject to Uber's availability and terms of service. Cook's Express is not responsible for delays, damage or issues arising from the delivery process once the order has been handed to the delivery driver. Delivery fees are quoted at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change based on distance and Uber pricing.

7. Collection Times

Meals are available for collection or delivery between 5pm and 7pm on your chosen day unless otherwise agreed. Early collection requests require a minimum of 2 days advance notice. Fridays and Saturdays are not available as receiving days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cook's Express is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the consumption of our meals beyond the value of the order placed. We are committed to food safety and hygiene standards but cannot accept liability for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or intolerances.

9. Changes to Terms

Cook's Express may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
